What happens if I charge a customer the wrong amount?

Overcharge
If you accidentally overcharge a customer we can issue a partial refund to the cardholder.
You need to log into your driver portal and raise a refund request.
Instructions on how to do this are below:
- Log into your account
- Select the transactions tab from the side menu
- Locate and select the transaction you require to be refunded and click on details
- Select 'Request Refund'
Undercharge
Unfortunately, if you undercharge your customer we cannot change the amount you have entered into your terminal. It is important to check the amount you enter before holding the terminal out for the customer to make payment.
