Seeing an unexpected "Enter Password" prompt on your payment terminal? 

This quick guide will help you dismiss it and get back to the main menu.

• The down arrow key next to the 9 number key, if pressed accidentally, causes the password prompt to appear.
• This has likely occurred whilst trying to access the settings of the terminal.

To fix this do the following:

1. Cancel by pressing the red X
2. If you are trying to access the settings of the terminal → Press the up arrow (next to the number 6) and you will see a list with settings at the bottom.
