Requesting a Transaction Refund
You can submit transaction refund requests directly through your CabCard driver dashboard/portal by following these steps:
- Log into your driver dashboard/portal
 - Select the transactions tab from the side menu
 - Locate and select the transaction you require to be refunded and click on details
 - Select Request Refund
 - Key in the amount to be refunded
 - Key in a brief reason I.e. journey cancelled
 - Select Submit request
 - Under Request Refund you will be able to track the status of the refund
